Sifnos Amber Printed Linen Voiles A beautifully opulent square cushionThis simple, sophisitcated design derives from a 19th century French Provenale printed fichu traditionally used as a neckerchief. The original piece was dominated by a larger motif, but when reworked as this distinctive, standalone ladder stripe, it became reminiscent of a simpler Mediterranean pattern, hence its Greek island inspired name. The working up of a palette that incorporates infinitely useable blues and reds as well as less expected, warmer
