Silk velvet flowers are applied over a silk chiffon base and the entire surface has soft and subdued coloring. Around the bottom hem it is edged all the way around with a 7 inch hand knotted silk fringe border. To wear it you just simplet slip it over the shoulder. This is an amazingly versatile piece that
