I love how the belt slips through that little loop at the waist and that loop is also decorated with sequins

This combines with the flare of the skirt helps create the illusion of a teeny tiny waistline

These almost border on being wearable art and would have been entirely hand made and the leathers hand dyed

The inside is lined in black grosgrain looking fabric and you can see some of the hand stitching of the beads
