Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa Shiraz 2019 Champagne and baked berriesFounded in 1985 on Coonawarra's storied terra rossa strip, this shiraz completes malolactic fermentation in barrel before maturing in French oak hogsheads (partial new wood) for roughly 12 months. The nose carries a spicy feel with fresh red plum, redcurrant and raspberry, layered with wild herbs and pepper. The palate is rich and intense, showing dark forest berries with mocha and spicy oak, rounding into a smooth, structured finish.
