Its coupage and careful aging should be taken into account, which results in a complex, ample wine, with hints of black fruit in season and hot compote, spices, roasted notes, some leather and soft toast. On the palate it is broad, full bodied, expressive, complex in its mineral and balsamic part, with good acidity and slightly rough tannins.
