Loxera - Sentada Sobre la Bestia 2017 (750ml) Citrusdal Mountain sourced from the singleCropped from a dry year that resulted in an early harvest, the red blend 2017 Sentada Sobre la Bestia (the old red label) is an unusual blend of 47% Monastrell, 22% Tempranillo, 16% Garnacha Tintorera, 11% Graciano and 4% white Malvasia. Each variety fermented separately in small vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in a mixture of stainless steel and casks; after the winter they racked the wine and made the blend, which was then bottled. The warm
