What’s your role? As our new GL Accountant/Assistant Controller, you’re stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up that’s transforming payments. You’ll be the financial backbone, making sure our numbers are spot on, processes are smooth, and regulations are met. Think of yourself as the go-to financial guru here at FinDock. You’ll own the financial administration for our European and US entities and work closely with the leadership team to financially navigate FinDock’s business. Want more responsibility? Your day-to-day will include:
●    Running and managing our entire financial administration: handling VAT returns, managing accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, commissions, and preparing year-end documents. This currently accounts for 60% of the weekly time and we are keen to further automate these processes to free up time for more strategic controlling work. 
●    Sharpening and optimizing financial processes for maximum efficiency.
●    Taking charge of monthly and yearly closings. Including monthly business reviews with the leadership team.
●    Creating management reports and diving into analyses.
●    Overseeing cash flow and forecasting like a pro.
 

What makes you a perfect fit?
●    HBO degree in Finance & Control, Accountancy, or similar.
●    Minimum 3  years of relevant experience in the field.
●    Experience with Exact Online is a big plus
●    Curious and passionate about exploring new digital tools to optimize processes.
●    Sharp analytical  and problem solving skills and a structured way of working.
●    Strong communicator in both Dutch and English.
●    Driven, fast learner and ready to make an impact!
